Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. If we think something needs a doctor or a scan first, we'll tell you and point you to the right person.
Does an adjustment hurt?
Most people feel relief, sometimes a little soreness the next day. We explain every movement before we make it, and there are gentle techniques if you'd rather skip the pop.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what we find. You'll get an honest estimate at the end of your first visit, and we re-check progress every few visits rather than booking you into months of care.
Do you take insurance?
We're in network with most major plans and check your benefits before you come in. Health savings and flexible spending cards are welcome too.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable you can move in. No need to change — we work over clothing.
