Stretching, compression, and targeted work on the muscles your sport leans on. Book it two days after a race, or a week before one.

The small print, in plain words
- Cancelling
- Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge half the session — unless you're ill. Then stay home, and we'll rebook you.
- Running late
- We'll still finish on time for the next client, so a late start is a shorter session at the full price.
- Insurance and HSA
- We give you an itemized receipt for your insurer, and HSA and FSA cards work like any other card.
- Gift cards
- Any session, any amount, by email or on thick card in an envelope. Good for a year.
