Every clean, what it covers and what it costs.

Prices are for a two-bedroom home and confirmed on the phone before we book. Larger homes are priced by room, never by the hour.

Regular clean

from $140 per visit

About 3 hours

Weekly, every two weeks or monthly — the whole home kept where you like it.

The clean most of our customers keep. The same cleaner arrives on the same day and works through the Regular column of the Clean Facts list: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and the small resets that make a home feel looked after. Most two-bedroom homes take about three hours.

What the price covers

Two-bedroom home, every two weeks. Weekly visits are $15 less; larger homes are quoted by room.

Deep clean

from $260 one time

About 5 hours

A first visit, a spring clean or the reset before guests arrive.

Everything in a regular clean, plus the places a regular clean leaves alone: baseboards, door frames, light switches, the tops of cupboards, behind the toilet and the build-up on tiles and glass. We recommend one before starting regular visits.

Two-bedroom home. Homes that have gone longer than three months without a clean may take a second visit.

Move-in / move-out

An empty home cleaned to the standard a landlord's checklist expects.

Every cupboard, drawer and appliance cleaned inside and out, walls spot-cleaned and floors finished last. We work from your lease or inventory checklist if you send it, and come back free if anything is flagged within 72 hours.

Two-bedroom home, empty. Oven and fridge interiors are included.

Office and studio

from $120 per visit

From 2 hours

Small offices, studios and shops, cleaned before you open or after you close.

Desks, kitchens, washrooms and floors for workplaces up to about 3,000 square feet, on a schedule that suits your hours. One named cleaner, one monthly invoice, and a key-holding agreement if you want us to let ourselves in.

Up to 1,500 sq ft, weekly. Quoted after a free walk-through.

Questions we hear first

If yours is not here, call us — the person who answers is the person who books your clean.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most customers give us a key or a door code, which we keep on a numbered tag that never carries your address. You can also be home — we will work around you.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. We bring plant-based products, colour-coded cloths so nothing from the bathroom touches the kitchen, and a HEPA vacuum. If you would rather we used your own products, leave them out and we will.

How is the price worked out?

By the size of the home and the type of clean, confirmed before we book. The price we quote is the price on the invoice — we do not charge by the hour or add surprises at the door.

What if I am not happy with something?

Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and clean it again, free. For move-out cleans that window is 72 hours, so it covers your landlord's inspection.

Can I skip or reschedule a visit?

Yes. Give us 48 hours' notice and there is no charge. Regular customers can pause for holidays as long as they like.

Are you good with pets?

Very. Tell us their names and any doors that must stay closed. We use pet-safe products throughout.
