Prices are where an appointment starts. Longer or thicker hair may take more time, and we always tell you before we begin.

The questions people ask before a first visit. Anything else, call — whoever answers can help.

Do I need a consultation before colour?

For any new colour client, yes — it's free, takes fifteen minutes, and includes a patch test. We can do it the same week.

What if I'm running late?

Call us. Within fifteen minutes we'll still do the full service; after that we may shorten it so the next client isn't kept waiting.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or move your appointment up to 24 hours before at no cost. Later cancellations are charged half the service price.

Do you take walk-ins?

For blowouts and brow shaping before noon, usually. For everything else, book ahead — even an hour's notice helps.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We keep a fragrance-free line for every service. Tell us at booking and it will be set out before you arrive.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, in any amount, at the front desk or by phone. They never expire and cover every service.
