Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every job has a flat price from our price book, shown to you before we start. If the job runs long, that is on us.
What does the $59 visit cover?
The trip and the diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the $59 comes off the price.
Is the emergency line really 24/7?
Yes, and a dispatcher answers, not a voicemail. Nights, weekends and holidays cost the same as a Tuesday morning.
What does the one-year guarantee cover?
Any repair or installation we do. If it fails within twelve months, we come back and fix it again at no charge.
Will you install a fixture I bought myself?
Gladly, at the same flat price. Our guarantee covers the installation; the maker's warranty covers the fixture.
