Questions owners ask
How do you decide which group my dog plays in?
By size first, then play style. The meet-and-greet tells us whether your dog likes a wrestle, a chase, or a quiet corner, and we sort from there. Groups never go above twelve dogs to one handler.
What if my dog doesn't get along with others?
Not every dog loves a crowd, and that's fine. Grooming, walks and training are one-on-one, and boarding guests who prefer their own company get solo yard time instead of group play.
Do I need to bring anything?
Their own food, portioned by meal, and any medication in its labelled bottle. Beds, bowls, toys and treats are ours, and get washed every day.
How long does a groom take?
Two to three hours for most dogs. We text when they're ready, so they never sit in a crate waiting for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel grooming with a day's notice and boarding with three, and there's no charge. Daycare needs no notice at all.
Come see the yard.
Drop by any afternoon for a look around. The dogs will want to say hello. Parking is free on Mill Street, and the gate is next to the big green door.
