Are you taking new patients?
Yes. Call or stop by and we'll set up your first visit. If you have records from a previous vet, send them ahead and we'll have read them before you arrive.
Do you see animals other than dogs and cats?
Dogs and cats are all we do, and we do them well. For rabbits, birds, and reptiles we're happy to point you to a trusted exotics vet nearby.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the visit. We take cards, cash, and CareCredit, and we'll help you file a pet insurance claim before you leave.
My pet gets anxious at the vet. Can you help?
It's most of what we think about. Ask for a quiet-room appointment, bring their favorite treats, and if needed we can prescribe a calming medication to give at home before the visit.
What if my pet needs care when you're closed?
Call Northside Animal ER at (555) 410-9911 — they're open around the clock and send us a full report the next morning, so we can pick up from there.
