Strong is a schedule.

Coached strength and conditioning in classes of twelve or fewer. Show up three times a week, and we will handle the program, the plates and the progress.

Your first week is free — no card needed, nothing to sign.

Programs

Four programs, one coach watching every rep.

Every class is written by our head coach and taught by someone who knows your name and your numbers. Pick the program that fits your week — most members mix two.

  1. Strength

The big lifts — squat, press, deadlift — on a twelve-week cycle that adds weight to the bar on purpose, not by accident.

  2. Engine

Rowers, sleds, bikes and carries. Intervals built to raise your ceiling, scored so you can see it move.

  3. Barbell Club

Snatch and clean & jerk, coached in small groups. Technique first; the kilos follow.

  4. Foundations

Where everyone starts. Four weeks of the movements, the language and the habits, at half the class size.

Your first class

The first hour, minute by minute.

Walking into a gym for the first time is the hardest rep. So here is exactly what happens.

Chalked hands pressing into a block of lifting chalk
  1. 0:00

    Say hello at the desk

Your coach meets you at the door, shows you the lockers, and asks what you want out of the next six months.

  2. 0:10

    Move, don't max

A short movement screen — squat, hinge, push, pull. No testing, no numbers on a whiteboard, nobody watching.

  3. 0:25

    Join the class

You train alongside the group with your own weights, scaled by a coach who has seen every version of your first day.

  4. 0:55

    Leave with a plan

Your coach writes down your starting numbers and the three classes that suit your week. Come back tomorrow, or don't — no pressure.
