What does a first consultation cost?
Your first thirty-minute conversation is free. If we can help, we follow up with a written plan and a fee estimate before any billable work begins.
How do you charge for your work?
Wherever we can, we agree a fixed or capped fee in advance. Litigation and open-ended matters are billed hourly, with a monthly statement and no surprises.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Any letters, contracts, notices or court papers related to your matter, and a short timeline of what has happened. If you don’t have everything, come anyway.
Do you meet outside office hours?
Yes. Evening appointments and video calls are available by arrangement for clients who can’t get away during the working day.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. Anything you share with us to get legal advice is confidential, even if you decide not to hire the firm.
