The small print, in plain words. Anything missing, write to us and ask.
Tell us your train or flight and we'll leave your key in a lockbox by the gate, with the code sent to your phone the afternoon you arrive.
We have six spaces behind the house, first come, first served, at no charge. The public car park on the hill is a five-minute walk.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the garden rooms for a small cleaning fee. Let us know when you book so we can put out a bowl and a bed.
Cancel up to seven days before arrival and we refund you in full. Inside seven days, we keep the first night.
The Harbour Room is on the ground floor with a step-free shower. The upper floors are reached by stairs only — the house is older than lifts.
Stay with us
Tell us your dates and how many of you are coming. We answer every note ourselves, usually within the hour, and we will always tell you honestly which room we would pick.
