How it works

From sore to strong, one band at a time.

Every plan runs in four phases. The load only goes up when your body says it’s ready — the same way you’d move from a light band to a heavy one.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1–2

    Load: Light

    Calm it down

Settle the pain with hands-on care and gentle movement, so you can sleep, sit, and walk without bracing.

  2. 02

    Weeks 2–4

    Load: Medium

    Get it moving

Win back range, joint by joint — measured every visit, so you can see the degrees come back.

  3. 03

    Weeks 4–8

    Load: Heavy

    Build it strong

Progressive loading at the clinic and a short home program, added to only when you're ready.

  4. 04

    Week 8 on

    Load: Extra heavy

    Back to your thing

Practice the exact thing you came in for — the run, the lift, the stairs, the grandkids — then graduate.

Your first visit, minute by minute.

Fifty-five minutes, one therapist, no hand-offs to an aide. Here’s where the time goes.

  1. 0:00

    We listen

Where it hurts, when it started, what it stops you doing, and what you want back.

  2. 0:15

    We measure

Strength, range, balance, and how you move — numbers we'll check again at every visit.

  3. 0:35

    We treat

You leave with less pain today, not just an appointment card.

  4. 0:50

    You get a plan

Three or four exercises for home, how often to come in, and when you should feel a difference.

What patients say

I came in unable to go down stairs without holding the rail. Twelve weeks later I ran my first 10K since the surgery. Dana told me exactly what each week was for, and she was right every time.
