Services & pricing

Every visit is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. We bill most insurance directly — and if you’re paying yourself, these are the prices, with nothing added at the desk.

Not on the list? We'll check your benefits before your first visit, and our self-pay prices are listed above.

Before your first visit

The questions people ask before they book. Anything else, call — you’ll get a therapist or someone who sits next to one.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

Not to get started. You can book an evaluation directly. Some insurance plans ask for a referral to pay for visits — we'll check yours before you come in and tell you if you need one.

What should I wear and bring?

Clothes you can move in, and shorts if it's your knee or hip. Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and any surgical notes or imaging reports you have.

How many visits will I need?

Most people graduate in six to ten visits over six to eight weeks. You'll get an honest estimate at the end of your first evaluation, and we'll update it as you progress.

Will it hurt?

Some work will feel like effort, but it shouldn't make you worse. We keep pain at a level you're comfortable with and adjust the plan whenever it isn't.

What if I need to cancel?

Give us 24 hours and there's no charge. Life happens — call or email and we'll find you another slot.

Ready when you are.
