Services

Three ways to work together

Whether you are starting from a date or from a finished plan, there is a way in. Every package ends the same way: two of us on site, carrying the day.

What each package includes

  1. Full planning and design

    Couples starting from a date, or not even that. We plan the whole wedding with you: venue search, budget, design, every vendor, and the day itself.

    Twelve to eighteen months out

    from $14,500

  2. Partial planning

    Couples with a venue booked and a few vendors in hand. We step in where you need us, finish the vendor team, design the day, and run it.

    Six to nine months out

    from $7,800

  3. Wedding-month coordination

    Couples who planned it themselves and want to be guests at their own wedding. We take over eight weeks out, check every detail, and carry the day so you do not have to.

Every wedding starts as a board

Before a single vendor is booked, we pin down four colors. They decide the flowers, the linen, the paper, and the light. Here are three recent ones.

How we work

From the first call to the last dance

Four stages, one planner who knows your wedding by heart, and a shared checklist you can open any time.

  1. A first conversation

    An hour, on the phone or over coffee in the studio. Your date, your guest count, and what you want people to remember.

    Free, no obligation

  2. The design board

    We turn that conversation into a palette, a floor plan, and a budget that adds up, then shortlist the venues and vendors that fit.

    Weeks 2 to 6

  3. Every detail, confirmed

    Contracts, tastings, fittings, and the timeline for the day, reviewed with you and signed off by every vendor.

  4. The day itself

    Two planners on site from the first delivery to the last car. You get married. We carry the timeline.
