Three packages, each with a starting fee. Your quote depends on guest count, travel, and how much design the day asks for; we send it after the first conversation.

    Full planning and design

    from $14,500

    Twelve to eighteen months out

    We plan the whole wedding with you: venue search, budget, design, every vendor, and the day itself.

    Best for: Couples starting from a date, or not even that.

    What is included

    • Venue search and site visits, up to five
    • Budget built and tracked line by line
    • A design board: palette, florals, stationery, and floor plan
    • Vendor shortlists, contracts, and every meeting
    • Guest travel and hotel blocks
    • Rehearsal, and two planners on the day

  2. 02

    Partial planning

    from $7,800

    Six to nine months out

    We step in where you need us, finish the vendor team, design the day, and run it.

    Best for: Couples with a venue booked and a few vendors in hand.

    What is included

    • Vendor shortlists for everything still open
    • A design board: palette, florals, and floor plan
    • Monthly planning calls and a shared checklist
    • A written timeline for the day, confirmed with every vendor
    • Rehearsal, and two planners on the day

  3. 03

    Wedding-month coordination

    from $3,600

    Ten weeks out or later

    We take over eight weeks out, check every detail, and carry the day so you do not have to.

    Best for: Couples who planned it themselves and want to be guests at their own wedding.

    What is included

    • A handover meeting and a walk-through at the venue
    • Every vendor contract reviewed and confirmed
    • A written timeline for the day
    • Rehearsal, and one lead planner plus an assistant on the day

Two weeks before the wedding we send one timeline to everyone working the day, down to the minute. This is a real one, lightly edited.

Questions

Before you write

How far ahead should we book?

For full planning, twelve to eighteen months is ideal. We take wedding-month coordination as late as ten weeks out when a date is free.

Do you travel?

Yes. Most of our weddings are within two hours of Hudson, and we plan a few further afield each year. Travel is quoted at cost.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Of course. We will happily work with anyone you have already booked, and suggest people we trust for everything you have not.

What does it cost?

Each package has a starting fee, shown on the services page. Your quote depends on guest count, travel, and how much design work the day needs.

Is the planning fee separate from our budget?

Yes. Our fee covers our time. Your wedding budget covers the venue and vendors, and we help you plan and track every line of it.
