Max AI Builder provides an AI-assisted platform for creating, hosting, and managing websites. In this policy, “Max AI Builder,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider of this service.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information: your name, email address, phone number, login credentials, and security settings.
- Business information: business name, phone number, address, website URL, domain, billing contacts, and other details you add to your account or website.
- Website and AI content: prompts, chat history, uploaded images and documents, generated content, website versions, and publishing or DNS information.
- Subscription and transaction information: plan status, invoices, payment status, Stripe customer identifiers, and AI usage charges. Stripe handles full payment card details; Max AI Builder does not store your full card number.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser details, access logs, security events, AI model and token usage, errors, and service performance information.
- Communications: messages you send to support and service-related email history.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, create and publish websites, process subscriptions and usage charges, send account and billing notices, respond to support requests, troubleshoot and improve performance, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. Max AI Builder does not use AI to make legal, credit, employment, or similarly significant eligibility decisions about you.
AI processing
When you use the website builder, the prompts, conversation context, and files you choose to attach may be sent to our AI provider, currently OpenAI, so the model can respond and create your website. Please do not upload sensitive personal information that is not needed to build your website. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
Retention
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and backups, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with tax, accounting, and other legal duties. Retention varies by the type of information and why it is needed. Some billing, security, and audit records may be retained after account closure when required or permitted by law.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Max AI Builder and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing messages without losing service-related notices. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children’s privacy
Max AI Builder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as the service, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.
