Your plan sets the largest single file — a photo, a video, a PDF — your websites, forms and games can hold: 20 MB on Free, 50 MB on Starter, 100 MB on Builder, 250 MB on Artisan. Agency limits are agreed with you. A file over your plan's limit is refused with the limit named, whether you upload it, attach it in the chat or copy it in from another website; upgrade your plan to allow larger files.

Your plan sets how many of each your organization can hold: up to 1 website, 1 form and 1 game on Free; up to 1 website, 2 forms and 1 game on Starter; up to 3 websites, 10 forms and 3 games on Builder; up to 10 websites, 50 forms and 10 games on Artisan. Agency has no limit. Deleting a project frees its place, and if you move to a smaller plan you keep everything you already have; you just cannot add more of that kind until you are back under the limit.

Your plan sets how much your organization's websites, forms and games can store together: 100 MB on Free, 1 GB on Starter, 5 GB on Builder, 20 GB on Artisan. Agency storage is agreed with you. Storage counts each project's current files and the files you upload; older versions and backups are not counted. When you reach your limit your websites stay live and keep every file, and new uploads wait until you delete files or upgrade.

One plan covers one organization. Build and preview on a free subdomain on any plan; your plan sets how many custom domains your websites, forms and games can hold at once, and its monthly AI credits are shared across all of them. Separate organizations have separate plans and balances.

Yes. Start on Free with no card required. A new organization receives 100 credits once to build and preview its first website. Choose a paid plan when you want your own domain and monthly credits.

New AI work pauses until credits are available; ordinary website visits do not spend AI credits. You can buy more credits or wait for your next included allowance. Optional auto-refill is off by default and needs your consent and a spending cap.

Purchased and starter credits do not expire. Unused monthly credits carry over for one extra month. Annual plans charge the full yearly amount upfront, while included AI credits still refresh monthly.

Yes. All current plans support website-form attachments up to 10 MB per file and 5 files per submission. A form can restrict accepted file types. These are attachment limits, not a website storage allowance. See the forms guide for supported formats.

Every plan builds with the standard models. Builder, Artisan and Agency also include the premium model (Claude Fable 5.1); on Free and Starter it is shown but locked until you upgrade. You choose the model for each website on its AI Settings page, and every model spends the same credits at the rates shown in the builder's cost guide.

Every website gets a free subdomain preview and managed hosting with HTTPS. Starter connects one domain you own, Builder five and Artisan ten. Buying or renewing a domain is a separate charge.
