Building with AI
Do I need website-building experience?
No. Describe your business in everyday language. The builder handles website structure, layout, responsive behavior, and generated content while you guide the result.
Can I change what the AI creates?
Yes. Ask for changes to wording, colors, sections, pages, calls to action, or overall direction. Each request can create an updated website version.
Can I upload my logo, photos, and documents?
Yes. Upload supported images and documents so the builder can use your real business context while helping create the website.
Which AI model should I choose?
AI Settings explains the current model choices, best uses, and token pricing. The recommended default is designed for everyday website-building work.
Domains and publishing
Can I connect a domain I already own?
Yes. Add your clean domain name, and Max AI Builder sends it to the hosting platform and displays the DNS records required at your registrar.
How do I know when DNS is connected?
Use the connection validation from your website management area. DNS changes can take time to spread, so validation may not be immediate.
Does the website include SSL?
Yes. Secure HTTPS delivery is included once the custom domain is connected and the hosting platform finishes provisioning it.
Can I preview before publishing?
Yes. Review generated website versions in a protected preview before choosing what to publish.

What does Max AI Builder cost?
Free is $0.00 per month with a free subdomain preview. Starter is $5.00 per month or $50.00 charged upfront each year with 1 custom domain. Builder is $20.00 per month or $200.00 charged upfront each year with 5 custom domains. Artisan is $50.00 per month or $500.00 charged upfront each year with 10 custom domains. Agency adds unlimited custom domains and discounted credits; contact us for pricing. Prices are USD per organization across Websites, Forms and Games, subject to product availability. Domains are billed separately.
How much AI usage is included?
Start with 100 free credits per new organization. No credit card required. Starter includes 200 credits refilled monthly. Builder includes 500 credits refilled monthly. Artisan includes 1,200 credits refilled monthly. Free has no monthly refill. Monthly credits are used first and carry over for one extra month; purchased credits never expire.
Can AI usage create an unexpected charge?
No. When your credits run out, new AI work pauses until you buy a credit pack or your plan refills. Auto-refill is off by default and requires separate consent and a monthly spending cap.
How large can one file in my website be?
Your plan sets the largest single file your websites, forms and games can hold: Free 20 MB, Starter 50 MB, Builder 100 MB, Artisan 250 MB. Agency limits are agreed with you. A file over the limit is refused with the limit named; upgrade your plan to allow larger files.
How many websites, forms and games can I create?
Each plan sets how many of each your organization can hold: Free up to 1 website, 1 form and 1 game; Starter up to 1 website, 2 forms and 1 game; Builder up to 3 websites, 10 forms and 3 games; Artisan up to 10 websites, 50 forms and 10 games. Agency has no limit. Deleting a project frees its place.
How much storage do I get?
Your plan sets how much your websites, forms and games can store together: Free 100 MB, Starter 1 GB, Builder 5 GB, Artisan 20 GB. Agency storage is agreed with you. Older versions and backups do not count. At the limit your websites stay live, and new uploads wait until you delete files or upgrade.
Where can I see invoices and payment history?
Open your business Billing page to manage the subscription and payment method through Stripe and review available billing details.
