Every common job has a flat price that covers labour and small parts. Anything else is quoted in writing before we start.

Three numbers, and no small print.

Minimum visit: $95; Covers most single jobs, with the small parts included.
Trip charge: $0; No fee to come out, and no fee for the estimate.
Anything off the list: $85/hr; Priced in writing before we start, billed in 15-minute steps.

The guarantee. If anything we fixed fails within a year, we come back and fix it again, free. No forms, just call.

How do your flat prices work?

Each job has a set price that covers labour and the small parts it needs. You see the total before you book, and it does not change once we arrive.

Is there a minimum?

A visit starts at $95, which covers most single jobs. There is no trip charge, and no charge for the estimate.

What if the job turns out to be bigger?

We stop and tell you before doing anything extra, with the new price. If you would rather not, you pay only for what is finished.

Do you bring the parts?

Anchors, screws, caulk, compound and common hardware are on the van and included. Fixtures and finishes are yours, or we buy them at cost.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are licensed with the Oregon CCB, bonded, and carry $2M in liability insurance. Every pro is background-checked.

What don't you do?

Anything needing a permit: new circuits, moving plumbing, structural work and roofs. We will point you to someone we trust.
