The small outside jobs that turn into big ones if they wait a winter. Most of them fit in one visit alongside whatever needs doing inside.
What the visit includes
- Fence boards and pickets replaced, gates re-hung to latch
- Single-story gutters cleared and downspouts checked
- Weatherstripping and door sweeps replaced
- Exterior caulk around windows and trim
Good to know
We stay on ladders we can set on the ground. Second-story gutters and roof work go to a roofer.
