Do you charge for the estimate?
Replacement quotes and handyman lists are free. Repair diagnostics are $89, and we waive it if you have us do the work.
How fast can you get here?
No heat, no cool and a backed-up main are same-day calls. Everything else is usually booked inside two working days.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully — HVAC, electrical and plumbing licences, plus liability and workers' compensation. We are happy to send the certificates before we start.
Will one crew really cover all four trades?
Each technician is licensed in their own trade, but they share one schedule and one phone number, so you are never chasing three companies.
What does it cost before you begin?
You get a flat price in writing before any work starts. If we find something behind the wall, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the bill.
Which towns do you cover?
Wrenfield, Oak Row, Colliers Mill and the river side of Route 9. Call anyway if you are just past the edge — often we can still come.
