Every visit is priced before we arrive. These rates are what the price is made of.

$95 per hour, one-hour minimum
Best for one or two quick jobs. Billed in half-hours after the first.

Most booked$360 up to four hours on site
The usual visit. Most lists of four to six small jobs fit in a morning.

$680 up to eight hours on site
For a long list, a room refresh, or a small build like shelving or a gate.

One hour, which covers most single jobs. Add a few small jobs to the same visit and the hour goes a long way.
Who buys the parts?
Either of us. If we buy them, you pay what we paid, receipts included, and we never mark them up.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and electrical work is done by a licensed electrician on our own crew.
What if a job takes longer than quoted?
The quoted price stands. If we find something we could not have seen, we stop, show you, and price it before carrying on.
Do you guarantee the work?
Every job carries a one-year workmanship guarantee. If something we did is not right, we come back and fix it free.
