Every electrical job is done by a licensed electrician on our crew, not subcontracted and not guessed at. Most are an hour or two: a fixture swapped, a fan hung and balanced, a dead outlet traced back to the loose connection that caused it.
What the visit includes
- Power off at the panel and tested before anything is opened
- New fixtures installed on a properly rated box
- Every outlet and switch we touch tested before we pack up
- Old fixtures and packaging taken away
When it needs a permit
New circuits and panel work need a permit in Oregon. We pull it, book the inspection, and include both in the price we quote.
