When water is coming through the ceiling, you need a person on the phone and a plumber at the door. A real dispatcher answers our emergency line at any hour and tells you the arrival time before you hang up.
Until we get there
- Turn off the main shutoff, usually where the water line enters the basement or crawlspace
- If water is near outlets or the panel, switch off that circuit
- Open a faucet on the lowest floor to drain the lines
- Take photos for your insurer before you start mopping
What it costs
The same $59 visit and the same flat prices as a weekday. We do not charge an after-hours rate, a holiday rate, or a call-out rate. We never have.
