Most leaks we see come from three places: a braided supply line that has given up, a pinhole in copper that is older than the house's second owner, or a joint that was never quite right. Each one is a short job once it is found. Finding it is the part we are good at.
What the visit includes
- Shutting off and draining the affected line so nothing else gets wet
- A moisture meter and, behind walls, a thermal camera before we cut anything
- Replacing the failed section in copper or PEX to match what you have
- A pressure test, and a photo of the finished repair for your records

We open the smallest hole that gets the job done, cut it square so a drywaller can patch it in an hour, and tell you the price of the repair before we open anything.
