If your house was built before 1960, there is a fair chance the water still runs through galvanized steel that has narrowed with rust. Weak pressure, brown water after a trip away, and one leak after another are the signs.
How a repipe works
- A walk-through and a written, fixed quote, usually the same week
- New PEX runs to a manifold, so every fixture gets its own shutoff
- Water back on at the end of every working day
- Openings patched and ready for paint when we leave
Living through it
Most houses take two to four days. We work a room at a time, cover floors and furniture, and clean up every evening. You stay home the whole time.
