How switching to us works

Most new clients are fully set up inside two weeks, mid-year included.

  1. Day 1

    A free twenty-minute call

Tell us what you run and what keeps you up at night. We’ll tell you plainly whether we’re the right fit.

  2. Week 1

    A fixed monthly fee

One written quote covering everything we agreed. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices in April.

  3. Week 2

    We take over the paperwork

We connect your bank feeds, collect last year’s returns and tidy the books — you send one folder.

  4. Every month

    Numbers you can read

A one-page report on the fifth of the month, and a person who picks up when you call.

Questions we hear every week

Anything else, ask us on the call — it’s free.

Do you only work with businesses?

No. About a third of our clients are individuals and families — often business owners who want one firm for both returns.

How do your fees work?

A fixed monthly fee, quoted in writing before we start. It covers everything we agreed, including your questions.

Can you catch up on years I haven't filed?

Yes, and it’s more common than you think. We’ll file what’s missing in order and talk to the IRS for you.

Do I need to come into the office?

Never, unless you’d like to. Most clients upload documents to a secure portal and meet us by video.

Which software do you use?

QuickBooks Online or Xero for the books, Gusto for payroll. If you’re on something else, we’ll tell you honestly whether to switch.

Twenty minutes, no charge, no obligation.

Tell us about your business and your last tax year. You’ll leave the call knowing exactly what we’d do and what it would cost.
