Availability

Organization billing is being prepared for a staged release. These controls appear only for organizations explicitly enabled for the new system. Existing per-website subscriptions keep their current terms until a reviewed migration.

When the new signup offer is enabled, creating an organization starts it on Free with its own starter credits. Creating another organization creates a separate wallet, not a shared account-wide balance. Choose your organization in the dashboard before selecting a paid plan. A public pricing page never switches an existing subscription automatically.

When migration becomes available, you will review the new plan and Stripe's actual prorated charge or credit before an immediate change. A pricing preview alone does not change your subscription, paid time or purchased credits.

The planned transition moves every organization to the shared model; old per-website plans will not remain available indefinitely. Support coordinates the reviewed change. During cutover, building and billing changes may briefly pause while existing live sites keep serving. Purchased credits move to the same organization's wallet, and unused paid included credits keep their original expiry. Migration does not restart starter credits or a trial. If payment needs attention, support recovers that same payment rather than charging twice.

One organization, one plan

Websites, Forms and Games in the selected organization share its plan, published-project limit and credit wallet. Another organization has its own subscription and balance, even if you own both. Domain purchases remain separate charges. Product availability can vary.

Eligible new organizations receive 100 starter credits once and can start a five-day paid-plan trial once. Trial AI usage spends those starter credits or purchased credits. Monthly plan allowances begin after payment, including when you pay annually. Changing plans or returning to Free never grants another starter balance.

Review a change

The billing organization switcher shows each available organization's name, plan and published-project count. Switching selects a separate wallet and closes unsaved purchase or plan reviews. The Plan, Buy credits and Usage links always belong to the selected organization. The wallet separates monthly, starter and purchased credits.

Lite allows 5 published projects and Pro allows 50, shared across products. Free and Flex limits are also shown on their plan cards. Draft projects do not use a published slot.

Open the organization's Billing page and choose a plan. Monthly options appear first; annual options are available separately. Before confirming an upgrade, review the selected organization, Stripe's amount due and the effective date. A changed or expired quote must be reviewed again. Your current allowance is not refilled by repeatedly switching plans.

Secure Stripe Checkout may open at success.maxaibuilder.com, our branded Stripe payment address, or checkout.stripe.com. After checkout, you return to this organization's Billing page; the payment address is separate from that return page.

A lower tier or a move from annual to monthly billing takes effect at renewal. Cancellation also stops renewal rather than immediately removing paid access. Existing live projects stay live even if they exceed the next plan's limit; additional publishing is blocked until you reduce the count or upgrade. Purchased credits remain in this organization's wallet.

Trial cancellation takes effect at the trial end. Other trial plan changes and subscriptions with special terms or an existing scheduled change may require support.

If payment needs attention

Billing checks Stripe when you return, so a delayed notification does not require another purchase. A pending request means the result is still being verified. Continue the existing Checkout or Stripe payment link if offered; do not create a second payment. Contact support if the request remains pending. Paid plan limits and recurring credits increase only after payment is verified.

Only organization owners and administrators can manage billing. Payment details and invoices open in that organization's Stripe portal. Switching organizations closes the previous confirmation dialog and never moves a payment or balance.

Check usage

Open Usage to filter by Product, project, action and UTC date range, and group by Product, project, action or date. The start date is included; the end date is excluded. Choose at most 366 days at once. Activity keeps the original project name and model even after a project is moved or deleted. Work cost, included credits, purchased credits and waived amounts are shown separately; waived work is not an extra charge.

A project's own Billing page shows only that project's work cost. Owners and administrators can follow its organization-billing link; other members do not see shared balances or other projects' spending.

On narrow screens, the development strip uses the compact Dev label; its publishing action remains available without sideways scrolling.
