A builder, a designer, a photographer, a landscaper. The work is the argument. This plugin keeps each project as a row with photos and a description, shows them as a filterable grid, and gives each one a page a customer can be sent to.

Projects as content rows with a cover, a gallery, a description and a page each, filterable by type, for the businesses whose work is the pitch.

Placed on a page by Max or in Edit mode, styled by your branding.

Each project is a row in your Content place. The grid, the filters and the project pages all read from those rows.

Work that can be browsed and shared.

  1. Rows, not code

    Projects live in the Content place with a cover, a gallery, a description and a type. Add one and it appears in the grid with its own page.

  2. A page per project

    Each project gets a page with its gallery, its story and a link to enquire, with an address you can send to a customer.

  3. Filter by type

    Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions. Real buttons that filter the grid and say how many match.

  4. The gallery built in

    Each project page uses the same accessible lightbox as the Photo Gallery plugin.

How it will work.

  1. Add a project Open the Content place, choose Projects, and add it with a cover, photos and a few paragraphs. Max can write the description from the photos and your notes.
  2. Place the portfolio Ask Max for a portfolio page with filters, and a strip of recent projects on the homepage.
  3. Send the link Each project has its own address. Send it to the customer who asked for something similar.

Good to know

  • Project pages carry the structured data for creative work, and every image has alt text.
  • A project can be hidden without being deleted, for the client who asked not to be shown yet.
  • Projects are exported with your website like every other content row.

How is this different from the Photo Gallery?

A gallery is a set of photos. A portfolio is a set of projects, each with its own photos, story and page, and filters across them.

Can I name the client?

Optionally, with their permission. The field is there; whether to fill it is your call.

Can Max write the descriptions?

Yes. Give it the photos and a few notes and it drafts each project for you to edit.
