Morning Flow

Faster pacing and longer holds, with time set aside each week to practise one arm balance or inversion step by step. Come after a few months of regular practice.

Mostly seated and lying down, with props doing much of the work. Good for tight hips, long desk days and anyone who sleeps badly. Nothing here is hard, though some of it is surprisingly deep.
Gentle 60 min

We take four or five poses a week and learn them properly — where your feet go, what to feel, what to skip. Chairs and blocks are set out for anyone who wants them.

Taught by a certified prenatal teacher. Every pose has a version for each trimester, and there is always time to talk. Welcome from twelve weeks with your midwife or doctor's okay.

A short, quiet class on the breath: counted breathing, alternate-nostril breathing and a guided sit. Useful on its own, and a good way to end a long day.
