The Nguyens' roof was nineteen years old and had already been patched twice. The June 14 storm finished it: we circled thirty-two hits on the south slope alone.
What we built
- Tear-off to the deck and three sheets of new decking over the porch
- Ice and water shield in both valleys and around the chimney
- Charcoal architectural shingles and a continuous ridge vent
How it went
The claim was approved on the adjuster's first visit. The crew arrived at seven, had the old roof off by ten, and swept the yard with a magnet before five.
