A careers page that is a paragraph and an email address gets few applicants. This plugin keeps each vacancy as a row, gives it a page with job structured data so search engines list it, and attaches an application form with file upload for a CV.

Each vacancy is a row in your Content place. Applications arrive through one of your forms, with a CV upload, into your forms inbox.

Vacancies that get found and answered.

  1. Rows that expire

    Add a vacancy with a closing date and it leaves the list on its own. Fill it early and hide it with one switch.

  2. Job rich results

    Each vacancy page carries job posting structured data, so search engines can list it in their jobs results.

  3. An application form with upload

    Each job links to an application form, with a CV upload, protected and delivered like every other form on your site.

  4. List and filters

    A list of open roles with filters for location and type, styled by your branding.

How it will work.

  1. Add a vacancy Open the Content place, choose Jobs, and add the role with its details and closing date.
  2. Place the board Ask Max for a careers page with the open roles and an application form.
  3. Read applications They arrive in your forms inbox with the CV attached, ready to download.

Good to know

  • Applications are form submissions: honeypot, timing, rate limits and optional Turnstile protect them, and uploads are type- and size-checked.
  • A vacancy page stays reachable after closing, marked as closed, so a shared link never lands on nothing.
  • Pay is optional but search engines favour listings that state it.

Each vacancy page carries the structured data Google asks for. Whether it is listed is Google's decision, but the page gives it what it needs.

How do people apply?

Through an application form on the vacancy page, with a CV upload. Applications arrive in your forms inbox.

Can I close a job early?

Yes, with one switch. The page stays but says the role is filled and the form is closed.
