Organization AI credits

Credit packs and optional auto-refill for organizations using shared billing.

These controls apply only to organizations enabled for shared organization billing. Existing per-website billing is unchanged until your organization is migrated.

An organization owner or Admin can open the organization's credit page at /{organization}/billing/credits. Check the organization name before paying: Websites, Forms and Games in that organization share its credits, but your other organizations do not. Use Buy credits in organization billing. Its switcher changes the plan, wallet, purchase history and auto-refill settings together; a previous organization's unsaved choices are cleared.

Buy a pack

Choose 500 credits for $5, 1,000 for $10, 2,500 for $25, 5,000 for $50, 10,000 for $100, or 25,000 for $250. Prices are USD. Select a pack and open Review credit purchase to check the organization, exact credits and one-time price. Cancel makes no payment. Continue to secure checkout, then review the organization and price in Stripe before paying. A purchase adds non-expiring credits only after payment is confirmed; it does not upgrade your plan. Free organizations can buy credits too.

Stripe emails a receipt to your account email. Recent credit purchases show payment status and a receipt link. A pending payment is not another charge; allow it to finish reconciling before trying again. Refunds or disputes can make the purchased balance negative after credits were used. Your next purchase covers that deficit first.

Optional auto-refill

Auto-refill starts off. To use it, choose to save your card when buying a pack, then select that paid purchase in the auto-refill form. Choose a pack, a threshold in credits, and a monthly spending cap in USD. The threshold must be lower than the selected pack's credit count, and the cap must cover at least one pack. Explicitly authorize the charges and save the settings. Saving a card alone never turns auto-refill on.

When your available included and purchased credits reach the threshold, the system can buy one pack, at most once an hour. It checks every five minutes, so refills are not instant. The UTC calendar-month cap includes purchases reserved or first confirmed that month, including pending, failed and refunded attempts. Your explicit manual purchases are separate from this automatic spending cap.

Uncheck auto-refill and save to stop new attempts. A pending payment may still complete. Declined payments or required bank authentication pause auto-refill. Contact support to resolve or cancel that pending payment before making a new purchase or enabling it again. Reaching the cap stops additional automatic purchases until there is room in the budget. Switching organizations never moves a purchase or its credits.
